When the case against former Cash Plus boss, Carlos Hill, his brother Bertram Hill and former Cash Plus Financial Controller- Peter Wilson, was brought before the court today, the prosecution was not ready.
...Much to the ire of Corporate Area Criminal Court judge, Judith Pusey.
She postponed the case until August 3, 2010 - which she said was her last postponement.
I wonder why it is taking the prosecution so long (two years) to build their case?
...Hmmh?
[All three (3) men were arrested on April 10, 2008 on fraud charges related to Cash Plus and were given bail, approximately three (3) weeks later. They are still out on bail].

Cash Plus Liquidator, Hugh Wildman, has extended the deadline for Cash Plus investors to submit their claim for monies owed.
The new deadline is April 30, 2010.
Mr. Wildman has reportedly said that he has unearthed new information that could impact on future payouts to Cash Plus investors..
...I wonder if Cash Plus investors remember what became of Mr. Wildman's previous "discovery" - the money in Dubai?
Zilch...zippo, nada, nothing...
Don't put your hopes up, people...
Wait!
...Could Mr. Wildman's lack of progress be holding up the prosecution's case?
....Hmmh?
